Job Description

The CSR functions as a paying and receiving teller and is responsible for managing cash and processing a variety of commercial, savings, and other transactions for current and potential customers of the bank in accordance with policies and procedures. Assists customers with their questions and concerns and provides quality customer service. Will also cross train as a Personal Banker and assist in opening accounts and working on the platform as needed. Participates in and completes all required training for CSR’s. Performs day to day tasks and other responsibilities as assigned by management

Required Education, Experience, Skills

At least one year CSR(teller) experience required/Platform experience preferred. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills essential. Strong attention to detail and PC Proficiency is a must. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Position requires interaction with the public, necessitating the ability to present a professional image. Must be able to work in a team environment in a positive manner with co-workers and management
